Surviving in the Age of AI: How juniors can thrive in these evolving times
Hello! I'm Vahan. I’m a Lead Product Designer with over a decade of experience.
My passion for design began in my teenage years when I was trying to create my own games, sparking a lifelong fascination with user experience and digital creation. I started my career in design studios and enterprise teams before becoming the founding designer at CodeSignal, a prominent Silicon Valley startup. Later, I helped Krisp, another well-known startup, navigate serious UX challenges. In 2021, I moved to London to lead the design team at Perkbox, and I’ve recently joined HandsHQ, a platform focused on simplifying health and safety processes, as Lead Product Designer.
With the current difficulties in the job market, particularly for younger designers, my upcoming talk will focus on how junior designers can survive in a world of AI and tech layoffs.
